Situated in a remote location high up on Birker Fell, 3 miles from Ulpha and with views towards Scafell Pike, Woodend is a haven of peace and tranquility.
We currently offer one double room (which has an additional single bed) and the bathroom is not en-suite. However, if any of the other small self catering rental units are available (ie. the bothy or the schoolhouse), guests will be located in one of those which then offers en-suite accomodation.
Well behaved pets are welcome, wireless broadband is available.
You can come and go at any time to suit you during the day, a traditional English breakfast is available in the morning and evening meals can be provided.
